Judith "Judy" Carol Sloan
November 30, 1941 - February 12, 2018



Judith "Judy" Carol Sloan passed away peacefully at her home on February 12, 2018 surrounded by family. Judy was born on November 30, 1941 to Claude Arthur Knight and Elizabeth Vance Knight. Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Claude Arthur "C.A." Knight, who died in Vietnam in 1970, and Donald Gary Knight. Judy is survived by her daughters Julie Sloan and Susan Sloan of Houston and Leslie Hendrix and husband Mark Hendrix of Bellville, her beloved grandsons David Hendrix and John Hendrix, her sisters Frances Knight, Eileen Knight, Nancy Jolley and Joyce Vance Carter, great aunts Tanny Puciata and Edie Evans, and many nieces and nephews.

The Honorary Pallbearers are Mark Hendrix, David Hendrix, John Hendrix, and John Sloan.


The Addison family and staff extend our heartfelt condolences to the Sloan family in their time of loss.


Special Instructions/Comments: The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.(hspca.org)
