Cheryl Lynne Green, 47, loving mother, spouse, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, June 25, 2010 from pancreatic cancer. She was born in Athens, Alabama on December 4, 1962. Cheryl is survived by her spouse of 13 years, Dianna Poissoit; 4 children, Jarnorris, Haven, Ellyn, and Davis Poissoit; mother, Betty Dye; sister, Melissa Green; brother Don Dye and wife, Kim Dalgleish; nephew, Christopher Dye and wife, Brianna; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jim and Barbara Poissoit; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, chosen family, and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Ray Dye, and brother, Daniel Dye.

While on this earth, Cheryl touched many a life though her service at the Baptist Mission Center, Houston Food Bank, and Northwest Assistance Ministries. She has fostered 10 children in addition to raising four of her own. Her faith, spirit, and heart have amazed us all. Her smile will forever be imprinted on the hearts of all who knew her. Rest in peace, sweet lady.

Visitation will be at Addison Funeral Home on Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 4pm to 6pm. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at 4pm at Plymouth United Church of Christ, 5927 Louetta Road, Spring, Texas 77379.
