Susan was a good person. It saddens me that she has passed. I Know she was a Christian and I believe she is with Jesus and her mother. May God Bless her family during this difficult time.

I had the pleasure of meeting Susan when she came to work at Lone Star College. The last five years before my retirement we were next door cubical buddies in the Finance Department. We shared many birthdays, going away parties and holiday celebrations. We laughed a lot those five years. The funny e-mails that circulated were always an excuse to take a laugh break. We also shared a lot of sadness together. Both of us had family losses, disappointments and news about medical diagnosis.
After retirement we meet occasionally with other Lone Star retirees for lunch or dinner. We spent hours catching up on everything.
Susan has certainly earned the grace of God for her dedication of helping her family. She was unselfishly there for them no matter what they needed.
I consider Susan a dear friend and part of my extended family. May God give her a place to finally rest as she so deserves.

No words can adequately convey my feelings, or help to lessen the pain and sorrow you must feel. Susan was a sweet friend and colleague.

Susan was a dear friend who I met at work many years ago. Over time we discovered we had some common interests and enjoyed activities together. We went to dances and outdoor festivals and movies and lunches. Susan and I joined a workout group and took turns driving. It was nice having a workout buddy to keep you motivated. I remember Susan as someone who went out of her way for others, especially her family. She was a loving and loyal mother, sister, daughter, and wife and friend to all. She would do anything for her family and worked tirelessly in their behalf. Susan had a huge heart and her family was her heart. I loved my friend Susan and will miss her.
